Leave items designated for contactless collection on the front porch with a pre-arranged pickup window to avoid waiting.
Coordinate timing and general pickup areas entirely through our secure internal messaging without sharing mobile numbers.

Your exact street address is never displayed publicly
When you list an item or request a good, our system automatically restricts location data to your suburb and state. Exact home coordinates remain strictly hidden from directory view and search engines.
Members only exchange private street numbers after an offer is formally accepted and both parties confirm details inside the encrypted messaging platform.
If an item is free, legal, safe, honestly described and suitable for another person to use, it can generally be listed. But there are prohibited goods that you should be aware of as per ACCC...
Generally accepted everyday practical goods
Strictly prohibited goods
Clothing and accessories
Clean, wearable items in usable condition.
Furniture and household goods
Functional items with damage or defects clearly disclosed.
Books, games and craft supplies
Complete where possible, with missing parts disclosed.
Working electronics
Working devices with known faults disclosed and relevant safety requirements met.
Garden and DIY supplies
Ordinary tools, pots, planters and safe leftover materials.
Reusable everyday items
Storage boxes, bags, moving supplies and other useful belongings.
Illegal or dangerous items
Weapons, ammunition, explosives, illicit drugs, stolen goods, counterfeit goods and items that are illegal to supply. Don't allow items designed to facilitate criminal activity.
Recalled, banned or unsafe products
Items subject to an applicable recall or ban, or products that don't meet mandatory safety requirements. Examples needing particular care include children's products with button batteries, unsafe baby equipment and defective electrical goods.
Medicines, medical supplies and hazardous substances
Prescription medicines, controlled substances, used needles, hazardous chemicals, pesticides and other potentially dangerous materials. Initially exclude medicines and chemicals altogether.
Food, opened toiletries and cosmetics
Initially exclude homemade food, perishable food, opened cosmetics and personal-care products. You can consider sealed, in-date packaged food later if you establish appropriate safety rules.
High-risk baby and child products
Initially exclude car seats, cot mattresses and other high-risk infant products unless you have a clear, defensible safety policy. Used goods should never bypass applicable standards or recalls.
Live animals and wildlife
No pets, livestock, protected wildlife or animal products whose transfer is prohibited or restricted.
Waste, dirty or unusable items
No rubbish disguised as a giveaway, mouldy furniture, pest-infested belongings, contaminated goods or items that are only fit for disposal. Damaged items suitable for repair may be allowed if clearly labelled.
Misleading, abusive or commercial listings
No paid listings disguised as free, requests for deposits, bait-and-switch offers, harassment, hate content, scams or listings asking people to contact the poster to buy something else.
